General terms
Privacy Policy is a document that notifies Users of the Site and the Game/Application about the types and ways we collect information, how we interact with that information, and how we store it. It is important to SuperMole to protect the privacy of its Users, and as a result, we comply with laws, policies and regulations that are designed to protect your privacy and personal information.
By using the Site and the Game/Application (subject to the Terms, Conditions and Risks), you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the terms of the applicable Privacy Policy.
SuperMole may review and modify the current Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we encourage you to revisit this document from time to time to be aware of any amendments (if any). By using the Site and/or the Game/Application after the Privacy Policy has been amended, you agree to be bound by such amendments.
Who SuperMole's Privacy Policy is targeted at
The Privacy Policy applies to individuals who use the Site, the Game/App, our affiliated sites, official social media sites and any services we provide.
Information collected by SuperMole
We only collect information that we may need to provide services to and protect Users in certain situations. Such information may include, without limitation, the following:
Your email address, including your name and other data, if any. This data is collected when you subscribe to our email newsletter (if available) and when you send SuperMole support requests using and/or specifying your email address. In addition, your email address may be collected through special forms (e.g., to participate in different activities) or through any other official SuperMole requests, including requests on official social networks.
The public address of your wallet that you use for certain transactions. This information may become available to us for viewing in case you perform certain actions, for example, when you deposit or withdraw assets from your internal game balance, as well as when you send requests to SuperMole's technical support, participate in various drawings on social networks, fill out a form with a request from SuperMole and so on. Note that the data collection applies only to the public address of your wallet.
Regarding the secret (mnemonic) phrase from your wallet: although you use it when registering on the Site/Game/Application, we do not store it on our side and do not access it under any circumstances, i.e. this phrase is not included in the list of data we may collect.
IDs of your social media accounts. This information is collected when you subscribe to our social networks and channels or use social media/ messengers (such as Telegram) to play SuperMole or to contact our support team. In such a situation, we automatically see all public data, including the nickname you provide in your social media profile and any data you personally provide to us in the course of communicating with our support team to resolve issues you have. Such data may include: your full name, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, signature, telephone number, place of residence, passport details, driver's license, national ID card, photo ID and tax identification numbers, utility bills, trade details, payment/credit card numbers, bank account information, financial transactions, job title, office location, health information, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, c Note that any data you make publicly available is visible not only to us, but also to all other social media/messenger users.
Information about the transactions you carry out on the Site and/or in the Game/App. This data helps us to identify any questionable activities that pose a potential threat to Users in the form of fraud and/or loss of assets. In addition, the collection of this information allows us to improve our security, anti-spam and anti-malware practices, and to detect and disable bot programs. As the DeFi and GameFi domains are constantly changing, we must be prepared to confront new potential risks that may emerge. Without collecting this information, we will not be able to properly secure SuperMole services.
Log data
Like most modern web resources, we collect data that your browser sends to us by default each time you visit the Site and/or Game/App ("Log Data"). This data may include, but is not limited to: the IP address of the device you are using (with the last byte changed), browser name and version, the pages of the Site and Game/Application you visit, the number, time, duration of your visit and other statistical information. We process this data in order to study and analyze Users' behavior on the web resource and to obtain information about visit statistics. In this way, we can optimize the Site and the Game/Application, improving them and making them more user-friendly.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small set of information designed to identify the User during repeated visits to the Site or Game/Application. They make it possible to store the User's individual preferences that he/she has set for himself/herself on the Site or in the Game/Application based on personal convenience. The Site and Game/Application send cookies to your browser/device and then your device saves them to your hard disk. The set of information in the cookie depends on server settings and may be used by that server each time you visit the Site and/or Game/Application. Web browsers/devices generally accept cookies automatically, but you have the option to decline cookies by manually selecting certain settings on your browser/device. However, please note that refusing to accept cookies may prevent you from fully utilizing the features and functionality of the Site and the Game/Application.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a special plugin developed by Google to provide web resource owners with traffic statistics and analyze user behavior. For this purpose, the Google Analytics plug-in uses its own cookies, which are in no way related to the cookies used by SuperMole. The SuperMole team does not have direct access to Google Analytics data, but Google provides us with the collected information through its own services. If necessary, SuperMole may share data from Google Analytics with its partners. Such data does not contain any personal information about Users.
Other analytics programs/plugins can be used in the same way. For example, special services for analyzing activity in Telegram can be used to study internal statistics. As in the case of Google Analytics, such statistics contain general information about users' activity, but not their personal data.
Who we may share your data with
Where appropriate, the data we collect may be used or disclosed in certain instances and situations to the individuals and organizations listed below:
SuperMole personnel, as well as our partners (individuals, legal entities and organizations) who interact with SuperMole in one way or another - for the purpose of providing Users with services related to blockchain and mobile applications, as well as for the purpose of resolving any questions Users submit to our support team, and so on.
For legislative, executive, judicial and other officially authorized authorities and their representatives pursuant to their official request, order, decree or other official document in the context of the law applicable to us.
For specialized services, including cyber police, if we have reason to suspect that a User is directly or indirectly involved in any type of cybercrime.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
General Data Protection Regulation (abbreviated GDPR) is a general data protection regulation adopted by the European Union, which defines and regulates the principles of personal data processing by organizations. Since SuperMole provides services also to residents of the European Union, we are strictly guided in our activities by the relevant requirements of GDPR. We apply these requirements to all personal information that may in some way contribute to the disclosure of the User's identity. At the same time, all of our personnel, as well as our partners and others who interact with us to provide services to Users, sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure the protection of any personal and other information of our Users.
Methods of storage and protection of Users' personal data
SuperMole may store Users' personal data both in-house and with service providers located around the world.
We are fully aware of the importance of ensuring the privacy of our Users and therefore use various security measures. In doing so, we provide an appropriate level of protection for User Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Among other security measures, we utilize the following:
data encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol - a modern, reliable technology in the field of full data encryption;
IT security tools, including password protection for databases, site monitoring, firewalls, etc;
password encryption using the crypto-safe SHA256 algorithm, also used by the Bitcoin network.
Please be advised that the security measures we use, although highly sophisticated and reliable, cannot provide a 100% guarantee of personal data protection, because Users connect to the Internet via cable or wireless connection, use their e-mail, smartphone or SMS messages, and we have no way to protect the information they transmit from the moment it is sent to the Internet network to the moment it is received. As a result, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your personal data and remind you that each User must take a responsible approach to the storage of their personal information and ensure that it is properly protected from misuse by third parties. The right to access, modify, delete or restrict the processing of personal data
You have the right to review, correct, amend or delete your personal data if it is inaccurate or no longer relevant. You have the right to request that we update all or part of your personal data that you believe to be incorrect or inaccurate, but you will be required to substantiate the accuracy of your new data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, but you will not be able to use the Site and/or the Game/Application thereafter.
You have the right to request SuperMole to provide you with a copy of the details of your personal data held by us. This data will be provided without undue delay for a fee, which is associated with the collection of information (as per the law), but only if such provision does not violate the rights and freedoms of others.
You have the right to send us a request to delete personal data if it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed and if such deletion is not in conflict with the applicable law and the regulations of the applicable Privacy Policy. However, in certain cases, depending on the type of data, you may not be able to use the Site and/or the Game/Application after its deletion.
The right to restrict or continue processing of personal data
You have the right to restrict or oppose our processing of your personal data if any of the following conditions arise:
You claim that your personal data is inaccurate. In such a situation, we will restrict their processing for as long as we need to verify the accuracy of your personal data and the new information you have provided to us. During this time, your access to the Site and/or the Game/Application may be terminated.
You believe that the processing of your personal data is against the law. In such a situation, we will also restrict the processing for the time necessary for you to argue your claims from a legal perspective. During this time, access to the Site and/or the Game/Application may be terminated for you.
We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. In such a situation, you have the right to send us a request asking us to continue processing your personal data.
IF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR GAME/APPLICATION IS SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED, WE WILL CONTINUE TO STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN OUR DATABASE FOR AT LEAST SEVEN YEARS FOR REGULATORY PURPOSES. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT PERSONS WHO TRY TO GET AWAY WITH UNLAWFUL ACTS SUCH AS FRAUD, AMONG OTHERS, CANNOT DO SO BY SIMPLY DELETING THEIR ACCOUNT FROM THE SITE AND/OR GAME/APPLICATION. ON THE OTHER HAND, IF YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE SITE AND/OR GAME/APP, BUT DO NOT COMMIT ANY UNLAWFUL ACTS, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NOT BE USED BY US FOR ANY FURTHER PURPOSE, INCLUDING FOR TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE VIOLATED YOUR RIGHTS, PLEASE CONSULT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES BEFORE CONTACTING US TO RESOLVE YOUR REQUEST.
